This paper presents a method for implementing deliberate practice in economics education using the video hosting platform VoiceThread. The four-step approach involves targeting specific skills, engaging in video-based practice assignments, reviewing the assignments and providing feedback, and repeating the process to build competence. Using the media hosting platform VoiceThread enhances this approach, providing students with a structured environment for deliberate practice.
